    The paint color and visual appeal is really good and looks just like the promo pictures. I expected to have to accept a couple of imperfections but don't see any. The instructions seem to imply that the back panel folds out more than it actually does, but I don't really see a reason for it to move at all unless the wearer has a super large head. It doesn't really matter though because the helmet looks very realistic and is fun to look at on a shelf or to wear.

    I just got the helmet a couple days ago and It's amazing. It's everything was hoping for. The paint job is amazing, the details are amazing and the overall build is pretty good.     I absolutely love this helmet and would recommend buying one. The only thing I didn't like is for the price you pay I thought it be made more sturdy. Some plastic material is very light and extremely thin so be careful.

    This is an amazingly well designed piece with great paint work and cleverly designed to fit multiple head sizes. Whether mounted on a wall, worn while heading downstairs to breakfast, or just strolling around your neighborhood, if you've ever wanted to feel like Iron man this is definitely a must buy.For hardcore collectors, the paint can and will get scratched if you play around with attaching the faceplate to the magnets too harshly. It's not going to be a movie quality prop-piece at this price point but it's definitely display worthy and worth the $100 retail cost.For everyone else, this is a near perfect piece with eyes that light up and a faceplate that can be magnetized to the top of the helmet whenever you get hot inside. At full glow the eyes can be tough to see through in low lighting but it looks great from the other end and can easily be toggled with a button in the jaw of the helmet.

    This is amazing. For years Iron Man has been my favorite Marvel Superhero, and when I saw this, it looked perfect. And it was. The helmet itself is made out of ABS plastic, but is super strong and durable. The helmet I think will fit most heads (I have a pretty big head myself and it seems a little loose), and its designed to easily take on and off. The back has a plastic panel that pops open for putting it on, and the front has a chin guard that slides back and forth (though its a tad bit hard to pull out and push back in). The mask itself has a certain heft, and has very strong magnets that keep it on (its almost too hard to pull off). When pulled off, the mask makes a sort of robotic noise, like servomotors or motors rotating, and when you put it back onto the helmet, it makes the same noise, but theres a sort of energy discharge noise, it sounds like its powering up, and then the eye holes light up. Its kind of hard to see out of the eye holes at full brightness, but there are two other settings of brightness, or you can have it turned off.Cons:-The paint on the side under the gold part of the mask was black, not grey (I myself couldn't care less, but some people might)-The magnets are a tad bit too strong, and its hard to pull the mask off-The chinstrap is tight, but from other reviews it seems after a while it will loosen up-Its hard to breathe after a while of wearing it-The plastic portion at the back is semi difficult to pop back inOverall, other than these minor nuisances, this helmet is an absolute must have for anyMarvel or Iron Man enthusiast. I wouldn't recommend this as a kids toy, but rather a colllector's piece and maybe something to wear to Comic Con in.

    People asked where I got this helmet alot during halloween. Putting on the faceplate and the eyes automatically lighting up impressed everyone at trunk ot treat. I even dropped the faceplate on concrete and no breaks in the eye lenses and barely any scratches. This helmet is very well made. Great buy. I am impressed.

    .The item was shipped in the actual product box, no outer box. Everything looked good inside. The only minor imperfections I found were a little bit of scuff marks on the top of the helmet and these will most likely buff out with a microfiber towel and some rubbing compound.The helmet itself is nice quality and does a great job representing the Mark VII helmet as seen in The Avengers. The colors look good and there is a decent weight to the helmet.One of the features of the helmet is the removable faceplace and corresponding lights and sounds. The lights look pretty good. It is hard to see out of at full brightness, especially in dark areas. Visibility in general is very low due to the small eye holes. If you wanted this for a costume, it would be tricky to wear. It's also a little hard to breath in due to no air getting in.As a display piece, this is perfect. It is an accurate replica of Iron Man's helmet and looks great displayed on a shelf.I would definitely recommend getting itblankblankblankblankblankblankblankblank

    I saw other reviews complaining about paint quality on initial release and was a bit wary. Got it today and could not be happier! For the price it's an excellent prop replica. Similar replicas in 1:1 scale would cost between 500-1000 dollars, and for that price should be flawless. This piece is a mass produced item and people need to lower their expectations a bit. The detail it great and will look amazing on display in my man cave! Honestly I could take or leave the electronic features, I'll just display it in a case. paint had only 1 very very minor flaw, not really noticeable. Again, for the money, this replica cannot be beat!

    This thing is amazing the detail and quality is just something you need to see up close. Considering I have a big head I was relieved that it fit me. On the inside there is a size adjuster band allows you to find your size which is pretty cool once you get the hang of it. The sound effects are pretty cool making you feel like Iron man and the magnetic face plate is good just don't walk around with it open as i have found out the magnets are not that strong and the face plate will fall off. My only problem seems to be one most people have which is you can't see in thing with the lights at least a 100% brightness good thing there is a brightness button to adjust to your liking. The other issue which isn't a big deal but still good to know is the back of the helmet opens to allow easier access but it's also a bit flimsy. I find myself playing with it after I've put the helmet on. But on the flip side no one is going to be paying attention to back the of helmet. Overall this an awesome item that's makes you feel like you could fly with Tony if you had the rest of the suit. It's worth any comic book fans collection or if you just the Iron man movies.blankblankblank

    I just want to quickly say....."I LOVE MY ELECTRONIC IRON MAN HELMET" and if it fits my big ole' Coconut head, I'm sure it will fit yours! Very authentic looking powered by 3 AAA batteries for the eyes and mechanical sounds. The button is just inside the lower front of helmet around the chin area. The front face is held on by magnets so it is removable. This item is ideal to place in your man cave or to do selfies with your friends. Everyone will love it, especially the kids when they see you wearing their favorite heroes helmet! If you have a heart for MARVEL, treat yourself to this Helmet!

    Got this for my husband because he is going to be iron man for halloween (and he loves iron man). I wasn't sure how the fit or quality would be. But very impressed. Lol. Might follow the guy's lead in the comments and add some "damage" to it to make it look even more real.

    This thing is so awesome, if your a fan it's definitely worth your money, mine came in 4 days. It's not super comfortable but it doesn't hurt your head to wear. The original box came a little beat up but that's fine because the actual helmet was in perfect condition. It's very cool, I love the light up eyes and sound effects. And it's nice to be able to move the faceplate up, I just wish it was on a hinge system that could move up instead of taking off the face plate then placing it there. But it's super cool 5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking t o purchase you should definitely buy it, you won't be disappointed.

    It appears to be pretty durable, although the piece in the back looks like it could easily snap. My 7 year old was so excited to open this on his birthday.

    As a huge Iron Man fan, I found this to be a wonderful replica of the real thing.I plan on wearing it for Halloween for the foreseeable future but the other 364 days of the year, it's sitting on my office bookshelf.The sounds are neat but nothing extensive. (One sound when you remove the front part makes it seem as if it's mechanically separating, another sound when you put the part back on makes it seem as if it's "initializing", etc.)The different settings for the eye lighting is also a good addition, but seeing out of the helmet with full brightness is not entirely difficult or anything.The back, specifically the bottom part of the back, is probably the most flimsy part of the whole helmet. Not a deal breaker but if you plan on constantly wearing it, I can see how it could break.For me, it's a great collector's item that's a must have for any true Iron Man Fan!

    I have followed this item for several months, reading reviews, watching videos on YouTube, and monitoring the price. The review and videos are all realistic and reasonable. Depending on what you're looking for out of this helmet and what you expect, you'll find yourself delightfully surprised or moderately disappointed. It isnt a toy, but it isnt quite collectors material. If you want a toy, buy something cheaper from the toy department at your local store. If you want a collector's piece, buy the $600 metal helmet. If you love all things Ironman and want something cool and affordable to put on the shelf next to your 'Art and The Making' Iron Man book, or a nice helmet to impress your friends and family with, this really is a cool helmet. The price moves all over the place as stock depletes. Wait a couple weeks, it'll drop.The back flap does not "snap into place." Its pretty lose fitting in its closed position. If you can fit your head in the helmet without needing to open the flap, I recommend super glueing that boy closed right away. The magnetic face plate is a really cool feature. It holds to the helmet securely in the closed position. It can be lifted to an open position as well. IF you secure it properly, it will hold in place while walking, bending, etc. Mistakes happen as some users have complained that it falls off. Mine has, and it was clearly my fault for not securing it properly. It's really not that hard to secure properly. The straps for the head are... weird. They sit at odd angles to the head, but they do the trick. I dont have a huge head or a small head. I do have some space between my temple and the helmet on each side which means it shakes freely left and right while wearing. I placed adhesive foam tape (about .5 inches thick) on the cheek, temple, and ear locations on each side of the helmet. They blend in well with the natural interior and look like they belong. It reduced the wiggle about 90 percent! I'll post a video in the next few weeks.Overall great helmet for the shelf or cosplay. Very satisfied with the purchase and recommend this product to Ironman fans.

    You def cant really see when the helmet lights are on but its still a great piece. Easy to come apart. Makes a disengaging noise when you pull thr front plate up. I love it. Great paint job, no scratches or misprints.

    I love this helmet, and have already used it with cosplay to rave reviews.It looks great, the eyes can be set to light up, which looks impressive as hell but destroys your already limited ability to see anything unless you're in a well lit room. The faceplate is easy to open and adjust, and is held pretty securely with magnets, and the sound effects are kinda cool.It's fairly comfortable, easy to don/doff with adjustable head straps inside and some ability to adjust the fit. It does get hot wearing it, so not great for long duration.Installing/changing batteries was a bit of a pain, but workable.

    It’s a very nice piece but way to expensive in my opinion. For price  I was expecting far greater material. And the paint could be better but of course supply and demand raised the price to what it is.

    This helmet is awesome and fits my big head. For that, I couldn't have been more happier in buying this product. The lower-back portion of the helmet (neck) is slightly looser than the rest and cannot fit but it can be super-glued to the helmet and stay there for good. The AAA batteries allow the eyes to glow immediately when the face mask is attached to the helmet. You can lower it three more levels (the final is off). It's hard to see through with the lights on and is hard to breathe through so be careful if you give this to your kids. But, it feels great and is a durable plastic too. It's worth the buy and great for the cost, too.

    This is totally amazing. Well made and looks great. It has 4 different setting for the eyes, 100%, 66%, 33% and off. It is controlled with a small button on the inside of the mask on the jaw. It is really easy to take the front of the mask off. Grasp the small notch at the top and pull down and out. When you take the front of the mask on and off it make a cool robotic sound. There is an adjustable strap on the inside of the mask to adjust for head size. The family total loves this.Highly recommend this!!!blankblankblankblankblankblankblank

    What a fantastic "toy"! This is an adult size, but my 10 year old is in seventh heaven wearing this helmet. His favorite part is definitely the sound that is made when the face plate is removed. Very cool! It seems very well made, fairly detailed inside and out and of good quality. There is a back panel that allows for some flexibility of sizing, and an interior strap similar to a bike helmet that adjusts on the top half of the head. Is it a precise replica? No. But who could ask for more at this price?

    Cm'on! Awesome. If you think you will be able to see in dark with the led eyes on, you can't. If you think you can be the coolest guy or girl on earth, you can. Good materials, good magnets, good sound and light effects. Be careful there are not 1000 layers of paint so the paint layer that cover the helmet is very thin and sensible to scratches. BE CAREFUL!! a little bit unconfortable when you wear it and litterally claustrofobic with the face plate down. Anyway you can see trough eyes also when the leds are on but the contest outside has to be enlightened. It's awesome i love it!

    This thing is so awesome, if your a fan it's definitely worth your money, mine came in 4 days. It's not super comfortable but it doesn't hurt your head to wear. The original box came a little beat up but that's fine because the actual helmet was in perfect condition. It's very cool, I love the light up eyes and sound effects. And it's nice to be able to move the faceplate up, I just wish it was on a hinge system that could move up instead of taking off the face plate then placing it there. But it's super cool 5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking t o purchase you should definitely buy it, you won't be disappointed.

    It appears to be pretty durable, although the piece in the back looks like it could easily snap. My 7 year old was so excited to open this on his birthday.

    As a huge Iron Man fan, I found this to be a wonderful replica of the real thing.I plan on wearing it for Halloween for the foreseeable future but the other 364 days of the year, it's sitting on my office bookshelf.The sounds are neat but nothing extensive. (One sound when you remove the front part makes it seem as if it's mechanically separating, another sound when you put the part back on makes it seem as if it's "initializing", etc.)The different settings for the eye lighting is also a good addition, but seeing out of the helmet with full brightness is not entirely difficult or anything.The back, specifically the bottom part of the back, is probably the most flimsy part of the whole helmet. Not a deal breaker but if you plan on constantly wearing it, I can see how it could break.For me, it's a great collector's item that's a must have for any true Iron Man Fan!

    I have followed this item for several months, reading reviews, watching videos on YouTube, and monitoring the price. The review and videos are all realistic and reasonable. Depending on what you're looking for out of this helmet and what you expect, you'll find yourself delightfully surprised or moderately disappointed. It isnt a toy, but it isnt quite collectors material. If you want a toy, buy something cheaper from the toy department at your local store. If you want a collector's piece, buy the $600 metal helmet. If you love all things Ironman and want something cool and affordable to put on the shelf next to your 'Art and The Making' Iron Man book, or a nice helmet to impress your friends and family with, this really is a cool helmet. The price moves all over the place as stock depletes. Wait a couple weeks, it'll drop.The back flap does not "snap into place." Its pretty lose fitting in its closed position. If you can fit your head in the helmet without needing to open the flap, I recommend super glueing that boy closed right away. The magnetic face plate is a really cool feature. It holds to the helmet securely in the closed position. It can be lifted to an open position as well. IF you secure it properly, it will hold in place while walking, bending, etc. Mistakes happen as some users have complained that it falls off. Mine has, and it was clearly my fault for not securing it properly. It's really not that hard to secure properly. The straps for the head are... weird. They sit at odd angles to the head, but they do the trick. I dont have a huge head or a small head. I do have some space between my temple and the helmet on each side which means it shakes freely left and right while wearing. I placed adhesive foam tape (about .5 inches thick) on the cheek, temple, and ear locations on each side of the helmet. They blend in well with the natural interior and look like they belong. It reduced the wiggle about 90 percent! I'll post a video in the next few weeks.Overall great helmet for the shelf or cosplay. Very satisfied with the purchase and recommend this product to Ironman fans.

    You def cant really see when the helmet lights are on but its still a great piece. Easy to come apart. Makes a disengaging noise when you pull thr front plate up. I love it. Great paint job, no scratches or misprints.

    I love this helmet, and have already used it with cosplay to rave reviews.It looks great, the eyes can be set to light up, which looks impressive as hell but destroys your already limited ability to see anything unless you're in a well lit room. The faceplate is easy to open and adjust, and is held pretty securely with magnets, and the sound effects are kinda cool.It's fairly comfortable, easy to don/doff with adjustable head straps inside and some ability to adjust the fit. It does get hot wearing it, so not great for long duration.Installing/changing batteries was a bit of a pain, but workable.

    It’s a very nice piece but way to expensive in my opinion. For price  I was expecting far greater material. And the paint could be better but of course supply and demand raised the price to what it is.

    This helmet is awesome and fits my big head. For that, I couldn't have been more happier in buying this product. The lower-back portion of the helmet (neck) is slightly looser than the rest and cannot fit but it can be super-glued to the helmet and stay there for good. The AAA batteries allow the eyes to glow immediately when the face mask is attached to the helmet. You can lower it three more levels (the final is off). It's hard to see through with the lights on and is hard to breathe through so be careful if you give this to your kids. But, it feels great and is a durable plastic too. It's worth the buy and great for the cost, too.

    This is totally amazing. Well made and looks great. It has 4 different setting for the eyes, 100%, 66%, 33% and off. It is controlled with a small button on the inside of the mask on the jaw. It is really easy to take the front of the mask off. Grasp the small notch at the top and pull down and out. When you take the front of the mask on and off it make a cool robotic sound. There is an adjustable strap on the inside of the mask to adjust for head size. The family total loves this.Highly recommend this!!!blankblankblankblankblankblankblank

    What a fantastic "toy"! This is an adult size, but my 10 year old is in seventh heaven wearing this helmet. His favorite part is definitely the sound that is made when the face plate is removed. Very cool! It seems very well made, fairly detailed inside and out and of good quality. There is a back panel that allows for some flexibility of sizing, and an interior strap similar to a bike helmet that adjusts on the top half of the head. Is it a precise replica? No. But who could ask for more at this price?

    Cm'on! Awesome. If you think you will be able to see in dark with the led eyes on, you can't. If you think you can be the coolest guy or girl on earth, you can. Good materials, good magnets, good sound and light effects. Be careful there are not 1000 layers of paint so the paint layer that cover the helmet is very thin and sensible to scratches. BE CAREFUL!! a little bit unconfortable when you wear it and litterally claustrofobic with the face plate down. Anyway you can see trough eyes also when the leds are on but the contest outside has to be enlightened. It's awesome i love it!
