Exchange or Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item from our website.
Exchange or Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your eligible items.

Eligible Items:
Only unopened, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags can be returned or exchanged.
Some items may be excluded from returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons or other reasons. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
Return Process:

You will be issued a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the packing slip with the RAN clearly marked.
The return shipping fees and taxes will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item was shipped).
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
Regarding refunds: Once we receive the returned product and confirm there are no issues with it, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment account, and depending on the payment method, it will be processed within 3-8 days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
