Good. No lifeline wheels?Very cool love Ratchet, and this is the best Earth mode so far. I know lots of people aren't happy with this being an Amazon exclusive and Ratchet lovers being forced to buy Lifeline for Ratchet. That, and due to how clear the wheels are on Lifeline I accidentally threw them out with the packaging before I realised they were missing, and now it's too late. So my lifeline is just a hover car I guess. Or maybe my lifeline just didn't come with wheels. Like I said, plastic is impossible to see.

Look wonderful but has design flawBoth figures look great and pose well. Ratchet is the same mold as Ironhide of this series and transforms the same way. The details on all these figures are great. My real issue comes with Lifeline she feels very delicate and easy to break ,especially the back joint the flips down. Again the figure looks great and is really nice but i dont trust it not to break. Also her transformation is really kind of lame. I will mostly keep her on display in robot form and be happy.

Ratchet is great, Lifeline less soRatchet is a solid figure, and easily the best of the two. And while the roof parts forming into a stupid shield thing is dumb, I can live with that for a better looking vehicle and bot modes.Lifeline though..... is just bad. Good paint, good head sculpt, bad everything else. That Arcee mold was never good, and very fragile, and makes her one of the few figures I own that I really do not want to transform at all. Most of her car mode ends up as kibble on her back, and trying to transform her is an exercise in patients and praying you don't break the very tenuous connection the back kibble has to the front of the car mode in the process. It's a shame too, as we don't have many Lifeline's, and this makes the old TFCC one the best by default

Nice packaging and cool figuresRatchet came out great - excellent paint job and joint tightness. His face and head sculpt are quite detailed and the silver on his face stands out. He comes with one blaster and the shield that turns into the top of his van mode. Easily poseable and has a good heft to him. Not heavy, though, as he is all plastic with no die cast metal parts. His hands have a lot of detail and really stand out. I got this set mainly for Ratchet but he obviously comes with Life Line. In person, this figure actually looks good – the green pops and is actually not bad on the eyes. The face sculpt is very detailed and the overall paint job is clean and consistent. It comes with a clear gun that looks like an Earth .45 Magnum instead of any kind of Cybertronian pistol. I wonder why Hasbro chose that. Where this figure failed for me was the left leg – it is extremely loose and if not stood in an exact way, the figure will just do the splits or fall over. The right leg is fine, has a good friction joint but q.c. missed the left leg. This figure should’ve been worth much less or just sold separately. In conclusion, I am VERY happy with Ratchet and the packaging, but not so much with Life Line. Her leg looks like an easy fix though, which I intend to do.

Good SetAs the title of my review says, this is a good set. It won't win any points for originality, but they're two solid figures. We'll start with Ratchet because he's the character Transformers fans know. Ratchet started off in the Diaclone line with an alt mode that has eluded him in most figures until this one. So, we finally have a deluxe size figure that transforms into something resembling his original Nissan Cherry Vanette SGL Coach ambulance alt mode and a robot that resembles the one from the G1 cartoon and the comics (after the first couple issues.) And, in achieving that I applaud Hasbro. Getting a figure in this scale that transformed and looked this good in both modes seemed like a dream until Siege, and this figure is essentially the next evolution of the Siege design. And, to do that, he borrows a lot from Ironhide, but that's really what Ratchet always did. The Diaclone line was full of redecos, way more than even made it into the Transformers line, and Ratchet is just one of those redeco/slight retool figures that did. Now, I don't have the Earthrise version of Ironhide yet, but I can confirm that a number of parts come from the Siege version. Namely, these parts:*Wheels*Feet*Backs of lower legs*Thighs*Hips*Pelvis*Back/Torso Framework*Piece the head attaches to*All arm pieces except for the outer parts of the shoulders*HandsSo, that's a fair bit of reused parts from the Siege version. However, it's kind of odd to me that they got so many parts from the Siege Ironhide and none that were unique to Ratchet. In Siege, Ratchet had different lower arms, hands and pelvis pieces. Why none of that carried over to the Earthrise version, given that they presumably still have those molds, is beyond me. It's nothing critical that ruins my enjoyment of the figure but it's just odd. They have the ability to remake those parts but just didn't do it. But, I still can't complain as Ratchet is a great figure and he'll look fantastic in my collection, especially when I finally get Ironhide.Lifeline is a character that probably very few people have a connection with. She's been in a couple publications before and had a figure back in 2016. Much like that figure, this one is just a redeco of Arcee. Even her name is reused from the G.I. Joe character. (who, not surprisingly, is also a medic) Literally nothing is changed mold wise from Earthrise Arcee, only the color scheme is different. But, it's a nice color scheme, I like the turquoise and white. But, it would have been nice if they'd at least given her a different head. Also, I'm not a huge fan of her totally transparent gun, at least Arcee's gun is a smoked translucent plastic. The figure itself is just a shell former, as female characters often are in Transformers. This is almost unavoidable, given how slender the robots for female Transformers usually are. So, basically she's either a a car with a robot tucked underneath or a robot with a car folded up on her back, a true shell former. Fortunately, you can remove the back half of the car in robot mode if you want a backpack that more closely resembles her appearance in the cartoon. Then she can either stand on the back part of the car, or you can just put it aside. She's not a bad figure at all, just not original in any way. If you already have Earthrise Arcee, then you have this figure. So, all said and done, a good set. Not the best, but definitely a great one to have if you absolutely need a G1 accurate Ratchet in your collection, as well as yet another female Autobot character (you can never have too many of those, in my opinion.) I'm sure she's going to be cool in the upcoming Earthrise cartoon.

Exclusives need to stopMy Lifeline was missing a wheel. It isn’t fair when an exclusive has a defect like this. Figure can’t be replaced because it’s exclusive. Hasbro needs to do better QC especially on exclusive items.
