Good paintbrush pen for kids. It's fun, different, and washable.I really like these pens. While others noted that it is misleading that it's not really a paintbrush pen, it's different and I enjoyed using them.Pros:- Fun to use, more so than regular markers. The tip is shaped like a paintbrush and kind of glides across the page. My 2 and 3 year old loved painting them. My 3 year old doesn't like to draw with markers or crayons, but she will use this.- Washable- it really does come off the linoleum floor, skin, everything pretty well- Different- being that the shape and feel is different it is much closer to painting than writing.- Versatile- I couldn't think of another word, but you can use it like a paintbrush in that it glides fat or thin across the page depending on how you hold it.Cons:- Not a durable tip. While it's not recommended for those under 3 and my kids are a bit rough with them, I expected the tip to last more than one use before showing some wear. I'm sure this wouldn't be the case with an older child who can hold it more gently.

These markers work great for kids These markers work great for kids. They work great for kids not so much for me. I bought them with the intent of adult coloring. This is not what they are made for. They were perfect to let the kids make signs and make posters. They felt like they were painting but it was a controlled mess that took up not more effort than coloring books and crayons to clean. The colors are bold, bright and they do have a range from finer to thicker.

5-year-old can't get enough of these! My 5-year-old son adores these. He loves to paint, and though these are basically glorified markers, they make him happy for hours at a time--a rare feat! I hate hate HATE cleaning up paint, so these solve that problem. They were a great find for us.

Great for a little bit These are great markers until they run dry. It only took my son 3 our 4 days of using them for 30 min max a day for them to run out. So overall good product until they run dry which is pretty quick!

Great art gift for kids My 4 year old daughter loves these. Colors are vibrant, easy to use, a little messy as she is learning the proper grip to hold something when writing or drawing, but overall like them.

Just OK I like calligraphy and lettering. I bought these as they were recommended from a blog. I think these are best used for coloring or for children.

I liked everything except It didn't come off too easily unlike other washable markers for pens.

Fun when dipped in water I was looking for something to play with, without the fuss of multiple paint jars/needing to clean a brush. These delivered enough so that I'd be perfectly peachy if they came in more colors. Initially I was really disappointed since they behaved basically like markers with bristles instead of a felt tip. But then I got the idea to dip them in water (not sure if you're supposed to do that) and it really became a lot more like painting. I could do washes-- blending was not exactly great but I wasn't using watercolor paper. Anyways, this isn't really a serious art supply so I wasn't expecting exceptional versatility/quality.

I have used mine for a couple things, and it is great for practice.I have always loved using crayola especially because it is good quality stuff that is inexpensive, and it can be used for big projects or just for practicing.I would recommend this item for other people. And like I said, It's not something you would use on a professional art piece, but it is great for starting out.
